The government has commissioned 15 Community Based Childcare Centres (CBCC) in Thyolo to promote early childhood education.
Gender Minister, Jean Sendeza, stressed the government’s commitment towards ensuring access to early childhood education in all corners of the nation.
However, she bemoaned slow progress of construction of 150 CBCCs in selected districts and then called her ministry’s officials to ensure speedy completion.
