Industrial Relations Court Deputy Chairperson Tamandani Nyimba has adjourned to tomorrow the unfair dismissal case in which three former senior Press Corporation employees, George Patridge, Elizabeth Mafeni, and Bernard Ndau are suing the group of companies.
The three were fired in December 2021 following a functional review at PCL.
Hearing of the case started today where the applicants presented their case and were cross-examined by the defence lawyer Patrick Mpaka.
The applicants are being represented by lawyer John Suzi Banda.
