NBS Bank has reaffirmed its dedication to backing various sporting activities in Malawi.
The bank’s Chief Operating Officer, Shadreck Chikusilo, made these remarks at Limbe Country Club in Blantyre on Saturday during the prize presentation ceremony of the Kachangu Pre-Valentine Golf February Mug Tournament.
The tournament drew 120 golfers, and NBS Bank donated 2 million kwacha to Limbe Country Club.
The winners of the golf tournament were: in the Men’s category: Edgar Mwanvani, Ladies category won by Martha Sagwilika, Seniors category: George Chirwa, Juniors category (Boys), Nickson Lusho and (Girls) Steveria Jeke.
NBS Bank also conducted a raffle draw, where winners received various prizes.
Notably, the bank is also the sponsor of the newly introduced National Premier Division Football League.
