The 2024 National Swimming Championship has kicked off at Saint Andrews High School in Blantyre.
Over 200 athletes are taking part in the two-day competition.
Guest of honour at the event is Malawi National Council of Sports Board Member Gladson Kuyeri, who is accompanied by the Council’s Chief Executive Officer Dr. Henry Kamata.
Notable attendees include Malawi Aquatic Union president, Monica Chayang’anamuno, who also serves as the Minister of Mining.
