NAP CALLS FOR DISCIPLINE AT PARLIAMENT

The National Advocacy Platform (NAP) has pleaded with Members of Parliament (MPs) to take deliberations seriously as the House is set to reconvene this Friday.

Chairperson for the National Advocacy Platform Benedicto Kondowe argues that there are several issues of national importance that require serious attention from Parliamentarians.

“ Parliament must hold its Constitutional mandate in a manner that benefit Malawians so MPs should take the budget meeting seriously and adopt constructive criticism approach..” said Kondowe.

President Chakwera is expected to open the 2024-2025 Budget Meeting of Parliament in the 50th Session this Friday which will run up to 5th April 2024.
