Maranatha Academy has announced a K10 million reward for any student from its three campuses who attains six points in the forthcoming Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examinations, which are due to begin in three weeks’ time.
The announcement was made on Wednesday at the school’s Matindi Boys Campus during a ceremony to reward top-performing students in the mock examinations.
At the boys’ campus, Chitedze Ishmael and Musukwa Moscow Bleser each received K500,000 after emerging as outstanding performers in the mock exams.
From the girls’ campus, Ruth Kanduku and Nellie Ntiza were awarded K2 million each, while Joyce Cadia received K500,000 for her strong performance.
Speaking during the event, Managing Director Ernest Kaonga said the academy remains committed to promoting academic excellence and urged all MSCE candidates to work hard towards achieving outstanding results.
