LOCAL FIRMS READY TO PARTNER WITH GOSHEN CITY

The Goshen City Multi-Stakeholders Meeting slated for this Friday in Blantyre has generated interest among companies and institutions with over 70 of them ready to participate.

Ephraim Nyondo, Goshen City Head of Communications told Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) that there is huge curiosity from companies and institutions in the country that are ready to invest in the city.

This is the first meeting for Goshen City Visionaire Prophet Shepherd Bushiri to sell the project to a wider public.

“Besides local companies, about 2000 international companies have also expressed interest to connect to the event through zoom so they can follow proceedings. This is what Goshen City symbolises, connecting Malawi business to international businesses,” said Nyondo.

Nyondo added that the objective of the meeting is for Prophet Bushiri to explain to stakeholders what Goshen City is, the available business opportunities and to seek partnerships with other companies interested to invest in the city.

He further underlined that the meeting also intends to lobby for more support from the government and the private sector.

The event will be live on MBC TV and MBC TV Facebook page.
