Police in Lilongwe have recovered a 42-inch Plasma TV Screen which is suspected to have been stolen at Jenda in Mzimba District by Felix Maluwa.
Hastings Chigalu, Lilongwe Police Station Public Relations Officer, said Maluwa was intercepted at Mitundu roadblock in Lilongwe on Friday while carrying the screen on his bicycle.
The suspect admitted to have stolen the gadget and, according to Chigalu,efforts are being made to refer him back to where he committed the offence.
Maluwa, who is 32 years old, hails from Kamwendo Village, Traditional Authority Zulu in Mchinji District.
