Minister of Labour, Agnes NyaLonje, has emphasized that Human Resource professionals play a critical role in promoting human capital development in any institution.
She has sonce urged them to exercise humanity in the course of their work.
NyaLonje was speaking at the Kamuzu Upper Stadium ground in Blantyre during the celebration of the Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM)’s 40th anniversary.
The event was attended by Human Resource personnel from various institutions as well as students from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) pursuing HR courses.
