Desk Officer for the Climate Smart Public Works Programme (CSPWP) in Kasungu, Ignatius Lipato says the third cycle programme activities have started on a high note with many participants turning out for the environment restoration works.
Kasungu has about 24 000 participants under the programme which is funded by the World Bank and the Multi-Donor Trust Fund.
