President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is this morning witnessing the signing ceremony of the first trilateral partnership between Zambia, Malawi and the North Carolina National Guard, courtesy of the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Programme (SPP).
The event is taking place at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe.
