President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has arrived at Bingu International Conference Centre (BICC) where he is expected to officially open the Agricultural Investment Conference.
Upon arrival Dr Chakwera was taken to a gazebo for a briefing and later toured five selected pavilions out of the many that will be mounted at the venue.
The Malawi leader will then proceed to the auditorium for the opening ceremony.
According to the programme, a panel discussion by pundits in the agriculture sector will be held during the ceremony.
The Vice President Dr Saulos Chilima is also in attendance.
