Area 47 Livingstonia CCAP in Lilongwe holding celebrations of the World Women’s Day of Prayer this morning.
The event has attracted women from different churches in Lilongwe.
Spouse to the Vice President, Mary Chilima, is the guest of honour at the ceremony.
Globally, the day is commemorated in the first week of March and the main commemoration for Malawi took place at the Kamuzu Stadium where the First Lady Madam Monica Chakwera was the guest of honour.
