10 people are feared dead in Thyolo District after being run over by an unidentified vehicle at Thaboni Market this morning.
An eyewitness who is also a vendor at the market Ellen Alufandika told MBC Digital that the driver of the vehicle drove uncontrollably through the market and ran over people in the market.
She further said many people were also injured in the process and have been rushed to Trinity Hospital.
Police are yet to comment on the particulars of the vehicle, the driver, the victims, and the cause of this fatal accident.
