Former Secretary General of Alliance for Democracy (AFORD) Wakuda Kamanga has joined the National Development Party (NDP).
Kamanga and Judith Mang’anda, who were both suspended from AFORD, have been welcomed into the party at a time it is positioning itself ahead of the 2025 General Elections. Mang’anda was AFORD’s Director of Events.
NDP is being led by former UTM Publicity Secretary, Frank Tumpale Mwenefumbo.
The party was registered by the Registrar of Political Parties and started operations on 1 March 2024.
