Use art against climate change — Chinsapo Arts Theatre

Chinsapo Arts Theatre has challenged artists in Malawi to use their art to address agriculture and climate change issues to help the country achieve the 2063 Agenda.

Events Director for Chinsapo Arts Theatre, Blessings Mkatipa, made the remarks in Lilongwe on Thursday during a day-long fossil and fuel non-proliferation treaty endorsement campaign which was organised by Great Hope Foundation.

This was aimed at empowering artists and youths, alongside various stakeholders, with knowledge of the damage caused by fossils and how they can be stopped.

Director of Great Hope Foundation, Raphael Chanthumba, acknowledged the impact of art on the public hence involving artists.
