Parliament to hold open session in Dedza

All is set for Dedza District to host an Open Session in Dedza as part of taking Parliament discussions to people on Thursday, the Districts’ Council Director of Administration, Chris Salaniponi, has confirmed.

Senior Chief Chauma described the development as ‘positive’ towards democracy.

It follows the official launch of Parliament Week in Lilongwe, with the aim of raising awareness on the functions and operations of the National Assembly.
