Ministry of Youth and Sports has hailed Bhubesi Pride Foundation for remaining steadfast in fostering children’s development.
Director of Planning in the Ministry, Kinnah Phiri, made the remarks after the Foundation unveiled Malawi as the third African country to benefit under its Beckwith International Leadership Development (BILD) programme.
The programme is expected to reach out to 13, 000 children with life skills that focus on equipping them to become better citizens.
Bhubesi’s Nohara Chinguwo, the Chief Executive Officer of the project’s implementing body, said it is a four-year project that seeks to,among others, help Malawi by training children’s trainers with child handling skills.
