ISAMA emphasises importance of examination integrity

The Independent Schools Association of Malawi (ISAMA) has advised Standard 8 candidates and examination administrators to adhere to examination rules and regulations.

ISAMA’s President, Wycliffe Chimwendo Banda, emphasised that candidates and administrators must refrain from misconduct, such as cheating during the exams.

“It is also important that parents and guardians avoid engaging the candidates in hard home chores that may cause accidents or harm,” said Chimwendo Banda.

Meanwhile, Lumbadzi Police, through its Child Protection Officer, Francis Kakhobwe Phiri, has equally advised candidates against misconduct.

Standard 8 learners are expected to sit for national examinations this Wednesday, May 22.
