President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has arrived in Lilongwe through the Kamuzu International Airport-KIA after a two week tour of duty in the Northern Region.
The President has been welcomed by the Inspector General of Police, Merlyne Yolamu, Minister of Lands Deus Gumba,
MCP Regional Chairman for the Central Region, Patrick Chilondola, traditional leaders and other MCP officials.
While in the North, Dr Chakwera held a private sector dialogue, inspected construction of M’mbelwa Stadium and M’mbelwa District Council Offices, Thazima Gravity piped water project, among others.
