Vice President Dr Saulos Chilima has arrived in Seoul, Republic of Korea, where he has been delegated by President Dr Lazarus Chakwera to lead the Malawi entourage at the Korea Africa Summit.
Upon his arrival at Incheon International Airport, Dr Chilima and Madam Mary Chilima, were welcomed by the Minister of Agriculture, Sam Kawale and the Deputy Secretary to Office of President and Cabinet, Dr Janet Banda SC, among other top senior government officials.
The two-day summit will run from 4 -5 June, 2024. It has attracted more than 54 countries from the African continent and it will be held under the theme: “The future we make together, shared growth, sustainability and solidarity. ”
