President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is this afternoon expected to arrive in Blantyre through Chileka Airport.
While in the region, Dr Chakwera will fulfill a number of engagements, including presiding over the passing out parade at Limbe Police Training School.
Dr Chakwera has since left Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe and was seen off by MCP Regional Chairman Patrick Chilondola, senior government officials and Malawi Congress Party supporters.
