National Bank of Malawi has donated K 8.8 million to the Malawi Defence Force (MDF)’s 2024 Drill Competition, which is expected to be held at the Malawi Armed Forces College in Salima in May this year.
Brigadier General Luke Yetala, MDF’s Chief of Training, has called for more partners towards the event which he says bolsters discipline of soldiers.
Maureen Gwembere, a representative of NBM at Lilongwe City Centre Service, says the Bank remains committed to reaching out to the public in areas that are beneficial to Malawi.
