National Bank of Malawi (NBM) has donated K3 million to the Institute of Internal Auditors of Malawi (IIA Malawi).
Speaking at the cheque presentation in Blantyre, NBM Internal Audit Manager, Sarah Gondwe, said the donation reflects the bank’s commitment to advancing auditing services, particularly in light of the country’s digital growth.
IIA Malawi President, Alick Mwale, expressed gratitude to NBM for the donation, noting that the funds will support the organisation of this year’s conference, scheduled to be held in Mangochi from 1 to 8 September, 2024.
