MPs cheer as Chithyola announces CDF increment

Members of Parliament, particularly those on the opposition side, could not hide their joy and gratitude as they cheered at the announcement of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) increment from K100 million to K200 million.

This is a second CDF increment under President Lazarus Chakwera’s administration.

Initially, it was pegged at K40 million.
