MPINGANJIRA SUPPORTS 528 STUDENTS WITH EXAM FEES

Business magnate Thom Mpinganjira has allocated K13 million to the Shire Highlands Development Trust, which will target 528 students slated to take the 2024 Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) assessments.

Board Secretary of the Trust, Limbani Nsapato, said students from the Shire Highlands Region face financial constraints which hinder their ability to cover examination fees.

Mpinganjira’s move comes in light of MANEB’s recent revelation that a substantial 29 thousand students were grappling with financial challenges, impeding their access to the crucial examinations offered by the examination body.
