The Ministry of Trade says it is eyeing more investment deals at the Malawi-Tanzania Trade and Investment Forum slated for this month in Dar es Salaam.
Minister of Trade, Sosten Gwengwe, says the conference, which will attract experts and entrepreneurs, will explore opportunities and address challenges in regional trade and investment.
Meanwhile, Standard Bank has pumped in K17.2 million towards preparations for the conference.
Head of Business and Commercial Banking at Standard Bank, Graham Chipande, says the bank will continue supporting strategies that can unlock business opportunities for the country.
