FAM president encourages Super League Coaches to embrace modern techniques

Fleetwood Haiya, President of the Football Association of Malawi (FAM), is confident that the country will witness an exciting and competitive 2024 football season, urging super league coaches to utilize modern coaching techniques and skills.

Haiya was speaking during the official opening of a two-day high-performance analysis coaching course at FAM offices in Chiwembe, Blantyre.

The pioneering course, the first of its kind in the country, has attracted 25 participants, including all super league coaches.

Attendees are being trained on how to prepare for matches and analyze opponents using modern technology.

Leading the course is Sinesipho Mali, a performance analyst from the South Africa national football team.
