President Dr Lazarus Chakwera will tomorrow Thursday, preside over the official opening of the 34th Malawi International Trade Fair at Chichiri Trade Fair grounds in Blantyre.
Secretary to the President and Cabinet Colleen Zamba said the president is expected to arrive at the venue at 9 O’clock in the morning.
Launched in 1987, the event is held annually aimed at providing a platform for businesses to interact and establish new business deals with local, regional, and international partners.
This year the trade fair will be held under the theme “Boosting Malawi’s export capacity through enhanced production”
