President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has arrived at Namibia’s Independence Stadium where a memorial service for President Hage Geingob is underway.
President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has joined other leaders at Namibia’s Independence Stadium where a memorial service for President Hage Geingob is underway.
The Malawi leader is paying tribute to the legacy of President Geingob and is also scheduled to attend his burial at Heros Acre in Windhoek on Sunday, February 25.
President Geingob passed away on February 4, 2024.
There are several African leaders and others from overseas attending the funeral ceremony.
