The Lilongwe Chief Resident Magistrate Court is this morning continuing hearing the Bushiri extradition case.
Chief Resident Magistrate Madalitso Chimwaza is expected to give a ruling on the objection raised by the State yesterday on the extent the defence can go in examining their witness in the case.
Yesterday, the State objected for the third time that some of the issues which are being determined at cross examination stage are supposed to come during trial, should the Bushiris be extradited.
