Silver Strikers Football Club have signed Paul Kansungwi from Mozambique’s Clube Ferroviario de Nampula on a two-year contract as part of beefing up their squad in preparations for the upcoming season.
Kansungwi, expressed his enthusiasm on the club’s website and vowed to give his best for the team.
Kansungwi’s acquisition marks the Central Bankers’ fifth signing for the 2024 season, following the arrivals of Christopher Gototo, McDonald Lameck, George Chikooka and Binwell Katinji.
In addition to these signings, the team has elevated two reserve players, Eustice Mwale and Innocent Mtonga to the senior squad, securing them on three-year contracts.
The team has recently been in a systematic overhaul as they also hired a new coach, Peter Mponda, from South African outfit, Black Leopards.
