Airtel Malawi Managing Director Charles Kamoto has commended the company’s staff for their dedication and extended appreciation to customers for their steadfast support.

He was speaking as part of celebrating Customer Service Week where Airtel Malawi along with 13 other Airtel operations across Africa will be celebrating customers and frontline staff with a series of various engagement activities.
The week-long annual celebration highlights the company’s dedication to recognising and appreciating its customers, who are at the heart of the company’s operations.
