Strategic advisory and human capital development firm, EmpowerX Consult Limited, in collaboration with its strategic partner, Redpoint Global, has announced that the Nexus Leadership Summit 2026 is scheduled for August this year in Salima District.
In a media statement, Director at EmpowerX Consult, Alick Nyasulu, said the summit is expected to be a strategic leadership forum built around practical knowledge, executive conversations, real-world experiences, and actionable tools that leaders can immediately apply within their organisations.
Nyasulu said the summit is beneficial for Malawi for several reasons.
“Organizations are under increasing pressure to improve productivity, strengthen governance, embrace innovation, retain talent, improve customer experience and remain competitive in an increasingly global economy,” he said.
EmpowerX Consult Limited has therefore urged leaders from both the private and public sectors to join the summit.
This event is a platform where executives, board members, senior managers and emerging leaders can engage with internationally respected thought leaders on the leadership issues that matter most in today’s business environment.
The summit will be held under the theme: Connecting Vision, Strategy and Impact, and it will be held from 31 August to 2 September 2026.
