Team Kwezy Bus Company has unveiled a K6 million sponsorship of the Northern Region Netball Trophy.
Team Kwezy Manager for the North, Francis Vitsitsi, said this in Mzuzu and urged sponsors to come forward and support netball in order to develop the sport in the country.
“As a bus company that has been in existence since 2018 we are obliged to sponsor netball in the Northern Region as one way of paying back to our customers after being successful in the business,” Vitsitsi said.
Chairperson for Northern Region Netball Committee, Tamala Fweta, assured the sponsors that the committee will be transparent in the running of the tournament.
Regional Sports Development Officer, Gracian Mkandawire, commended Team Kwezy for the sponsorship.
