Chairperson of the Parliamentary Commitee on Legal Affairs, Peter Dimba, says their discussions with the Director of Public Prosecution Masauko Chamkakala earlier today dwelt much on Criminal case number 868, which involved Paramount Holdings.
This afternoon, the Director of Public Prosecution is supposed to tell the committee reasons why he discontinued criminal case number 10 of 2023.
These parties were in a closed door meeting which was being held at the Parliament Building in Lilongwe.
