Malawi National Womens’ Football team has defeated Mauritius 9-0 to book a place in the Semi-Final of the 2024 COSAFA Championship.
Malawi’s goals came from Leticia Chinyamula 8′ 50′ 79′, Sabina Thom 23′ 70′ 83′, Asimenye Simwaka 27′, Catherine Kachala 85′ and Maureen Kenneth 90+8 who scored a penalty.
This means they have ended on top of their Group B with 7 points.
