Director General of MBC, George Kasakula, has appealed to the corporate world to support this year’s Entertainer’s of the Year (EOY) event.
Kasakula made the call on Monday during a press conference to update Malawians on preparations of the event, which awards Malawians in sports, arts and entertainment, among other categories.
“MBC cannot celebrate alone with Malawians who are doing exceptionally well with their talents, hence the call for support,” he said.
This year’s ceremony will take place at the Bingu International Convention Centre in Lilongwe on December 14, 2024.
This year, there are 50 individual awards that have been fitted in eight categories.
