The day we celebrate the life of the Father and Founder of the nation, Ngwazi Dr Hastings Kamuzu Banda.
During his reign, he inculcated hard work and entrenched the four cornerstones of Unity, Obedience, Loyalty and Obedience in Malawians.
He ruled Malawi from 1964 to 1994 and laid the foundation of every sector of the economy. He died on 25 November 1997.
