Embracing digital innovation and technology has been touted as the pathway towards youth empowerment in the country.
Chief Operations Manager for Noble Minds Business Solution, Enoch Thom, made the sentiments in Lilongwe during the Design the Future Initiative session at Chipasula Secondary School.
Thom said it is now time for the youth to go beyond the norm by pursuing careers in digital innovation to create employment for themselves.
Chief Creative Officer for InspireX, Ekari Faria, said the Design the Future Initiative is meant to help Malawian youths realise their full potential.
He said that through digital skills and technology, young leaders will emerge in Malawi who can move the country towards the actualisation of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Malawi 2063.
InspireX and Noble Minds Business Solutions are jointly implementing the Design the Future Initiative in secondary schools around Lilongwe to empower the youth towards embracing digital innovations.
