Castel Malawi Limited has awarded five long-serving employees at its Lilongwe Distribution Centre with various items including iron sheets and a refrigerator.
The company has also given every employee four bags of maize, 20 kgs of rice, 2 litres of cooking oil and K100,000 shopping vouchers.
Castel Malawi Limited has given Mannaseh Mkuziwaduka, who has served the company for 30 years (continuously), 30 iron sheets and a certificate.
Mark Gama and Doreen Mtekateka who have been with company for 25 and 20 years, have received 25 iron sheets and a refrigerator, respectively. Those that have been with Castel Malawi for 10 years have received mattresses and certificates.
Mkuziwaduka, a Folk Lift Operator, thanked the company’s management for recognising his commitment and contributions to the company’s success.
Castel Malawi Limited’s Human Resource and Corporate Affairs Director, Gloria Zimba, said their ambition is to make the company an employer of choice.
