Malawian artist Onesimus faces formidable competition in this year’s Zikomo Africa Awards’ Artist of the Year category.
He has been nominated along with 23 other musicians from across the continent, including Zimbabwe’s music icon Jah Prahzah.
His song ‘Controller’ has also been subjected to a serious litmus test under the Song of the Year category, competing with other towering songs from Africa’s finest musicians.
Zikomo African Awards is an international annual fashion, music, entrepreneurship and humanitarian award ceremony.
The 2024 awards are scheduled to take place in Johannesburg, South Africa on 30 November,2024.
