MultiChoice Malawi says it takes pride in the fact that 60 percent of its workforce is female.

Head of Customer Experience at MultiChoice Malawi, Deborah Bandawe, has revealed this at a women’s luncheon hosted by the company in Blantyre, hoping to ignite a spark of inspiration and empowerment among those who attended.

Bandawe said this was made possible owing to the gender diversity to mentorship programmes, leadership development and gender-sensitive policies that the company put in place to empower women to reach their full potential and shatter glass ceilings.
