Rudovicko Nyirenda, a journalist from the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation, has been named the best electronic (online) journalist for the 2024 HTD Beach Soccer National Championship.
The award, which recognizes his exceptional coverage of the tournament through MBC Digital, was presented to Nyirenda in Mangochi during the tournament’s prize presentation ceremony today.
Beach Eagles, a Nkhata Bay-based team, has made history by successfully defending the title, winning the 2023 HTD Beach Soccer National Championship.
