People have gathered at Mangunda Headquarters in Thyolo where the funeral programme for the late Major Flora Selemani Ngwilinji will soon commence.
District Commissioner for Thyolo, Hudson Kuphanga, says the district has lost a role model who was inspiring girls by showing them that it is possible to achieve their dreams.
And Traditional Authority Nanseta says he has lost a daughter who contributed in the development of the area.
“Today is the saddest day of my life. As you can see, her house is a stone throw away from my house, I have seen her grow and achieve her dream of becoming a pilot,” he said.
