The body of the Guard Commander for the late Vice President Saulos Chilima, Lucas Kapheni, will be laid to rest today at Mazinga Village in the area of Traditional Authority Santhe in Kasungu District.
Minister of Finance Simplex Chithyola, Senior Chief Santhe and Commissioner of Police for Central East Region Rodah Manjolo are among those that have arrived for the ceremony.
