President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is presiding over the launch of the National El Nino-induced prolonged dry spell and floods response appeal at the Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe.
Various donor partners and senior government officials are present at the event.
This follows the declaration of the national disaster by President Lazarus Chakwera on March 23, 2024.
