Civil society and human Rights activists have hailed President Dr Lazarus Chakwera for practicing inclusive governance based on expertise to help develop the country.
Moses Mkandawire of Nyika Institute said the increase in numbers of opposition members in his cabinet is a clear manifestation that President Chakwera is keen to bring a variety of skills and expertise to serve the nation.
“These issues are allowed at that level for the sake of developing our nation,” said Mkandawire.
Adding his voice Human Rights Advocate, Undule Mwakasungula, said the move is welcome in a multiparty era saying it helps in the growth of democracy in the country.
