Afrox officials visit Malawi

Malawi’s effort in promoting the use of clean energy has been energized following a visit by Afrox officials, suppliers of industrial gas.

The team visited 265 Energy Ltd’s Lilongwe Branch as part of consolidating their already existing partnership that is aimed at boosting energy security and advancing decarbonization efforts in Malawi.

Malawi is encouraging the use of clean energy as part of dealing with the effects of climate change.

Afrox Africa President Sebastian Sachtleben and Afrox Emerging Africa Director Joseph Ramashala’s visit marked a milestone in the companies’ six-year collaboration with 265 Energy, which is an Afrox LP gas distributor.

265 Energy’s Sales Manager, Phillip White, says their partnership with Afrox will help in assuring Malawians of the sustainability and availability of gas for industrial use.
