Moyale Barracks has named Pritchard Mwansa as their head coach, marking his return after a spell with MAFCO last year.
Charles Kamanga, formerly associated with Kamuzu Barracks, will assume the role of assistant coach, while Victor Chingoka, the interim leader from the previous season, joins as the second assistant coach.
Mwansa’s recent accomplishments at MAFCO, guiding the team to the Airtel Top 8 and FDH Bank Cup finals, underscore his coaching prowess, despite setbacks in both matches against FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.
In a parallel move, Dedza Dynamos has appointed Andrew Bunya as their Coach on a 2-year contract, and he was previously at the helm of Extreme FC, succeeding Gilbert Chirwa, whose contract expired in December last year.
As the 2024 Football Season approaches in April, these tactical adjustments are fueling anticipation and intrigue within the football community.
Notably, other teams like newly promoted Baka City and Bangwe All Stars have also made significant appointments, with Oscar Kaunda and Christopher Nyambose assuming leadership roles, respectively.
